At Always Fresh Laundry, we believe in clear, fair pricing for all your laundry needs. Our pricing is designed to suit your specific requirements while delivering premium quality and convenience. Once your laundry is complete and ready for delivery, we’ll email you a secure payment link so you can easily settle your account using your preferred card.

JANUARY 2026 NOTICE: As of January 5th, there will be some updates to our pricing. Please refer to the new prices listed below. Any bookings made prior to this date will be honoured at the original pricing.

Up to 5kg

Laundry load

guidlines

Laundry loads are calculated in 5 kg increments and are weighed and assessed once received. A minimum of two loads is required for all washing services. Load requirements may vary depending on an item’s size, colour and volume. For example, large or bulky items such as duvet covers may be lightweight but take up significant space, meaning only 1-2 items may fit in a washing drum. If a load slightly exceeds 5 kg, it will be rounded up to the next weight bracket. As a result, multi-coloured loads or large, bulky pieces may require additional loads and will be charged accordingly.

Comforters or Quilts will be priced at $60

Ironing

Wash, Dry and Fold – $30 per load of washing (5 kg)

Per standard basket - $30 for each 5kg load
(minimum of two loads).

Hand Washing - $8 (each item)

Large items - Single and Double duvet or comforter $30

Queen or King duvet or comforter $60

Hygiene Fee: A $15 fee applies to loads heavily soiled with urine, blood, or excessive pet hair, to cover the extra cleaning and sanitation required.

Towels - 5 per load

Bleaching - $10 per load

Items vary depending on size and difficulty of ironing.

There is a minimum requirement of 20 items if booking ironing alone.

Excessive crinkling will have an additional fee as it will take longer to service.

Always Fresh Laundry Services - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Always Fresh Laundry Services ("AFLS"), a mobile laundry service provided by Always Fresh Laundry Services, referred to as "we," "us," or "our." By using AFLS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

1.1. AFLS provides mobile laundry services, which may include washing, drying, folding, and ironing of clothing and other textiles, as well as pickup and delivery services.

1.2. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times may vary based on your location, and may be subject to change without notice.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1. To request our services, you must place an order through our website or call or text our number.

2.2. Payment for services will be paid via an electronically sent invoice.

2.3. Payment must be made in full before all items are returned, and additional charges may apply for extra services or special requests.

2.4 AFLS reserves the right to withhold items if the invoice has not been paid in full before the agreed upon date.

3. Pickup and Delivery

3.1. You are responsible for ensuring that your laundry is ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location.

3.2. We aim to deliver your laundry in a timely manner; however, delivery times may vary depending on demand and other factors.

4. Laundry Care

4.1. AFLS will make every reasonable effort to care for your laundry items, but we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by possible wear and tear of services (washing & drying), pre-existing damage, or items that are not suitable for the services provided.

4.2. We will follow care instructions on garment labels but cannot be held liable for any damage caused due to inaccurate or missing labels.

4.3 Should you require any specific request please advise in writing via text or email or include them I booking notes.

4.4 AFLS holds no responsibility of items other than laundry goods accidentally misplaced in your pick up e.g. any items in pockets of goods or laundry bags, it is the customers responsibility to check everything before handover.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. You may cancel your order before the scheduled pickup time, and a refund will be issued(if paid prior) based on our cancellation policy, which is available on our website.

5.2. Refunds will be processed based on the circumstances of the cancellation and the status of your order.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Ensure that all items to be laundered are free from personal belongings, valuables, and hazardous materials.

6.2. Communicate any special instructions or preferences for your laundry in advance.

6.3. Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for pickup and delivery.

6.4 Settle any outstanding monies before goods are returned.

7. Liability

7.1. Our liability for damaged or lost items is limited to the actual cash value of the items, subject to the terms of our insurance policy.

7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to our services.

8. Privacy

8.1. We will collect and use personal information or purposes of servicing your requests only.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and you will be notified of any changes through our website.
